This Premium Red 2020 harvest is a Blend composed of 75% Carménère + 25% Carignan. Mezcal from two Valleys, Colchagua (Carménère), and Maule (Carignan). It is aged between 12 to 18 months in barrels from 2nd to 4th use. It has aromas of blackberry, blueberries, pepper and notes of vanilla. The palate is juicy and lively, with ripe tannins and a long finish. Ideal to pair with red meats in general, chorizo, legumes and stews.
