We harvest the grapes manually, with the idea of pounding as little as possible and avoiding oxidation of the juice or must.
The entire process that we accompany is minimally invasive, and to finish it we take the finished wines to a storage process in “Living” containers, this is with the use of concrete, cocciopesto and oak.
