Roman Successor or Caesar Noir is a faithful reflection where the winemaker expresses his creativity and inspiration in exclusive and innovative wines. Intense red in color, it appears fresh, with interesting notes of wild blackberry and spices. It was aged 70% in clay amphorae to achieve maximum aromatic expression, the other 30% in French barrels generating a pleasant toast.
It is suggested to accompany it with lean red meats, white meats and pastas. With mature cheeses they present a pleasant accompaniment.
