This wine is a very interesting project by two renowned winemakers, Cristian Goich and Felipe Gutierrez.
Coming from the Litueche area in Colchagua just 20 km from the coast. The aging of these wines is in Cocciopesto, a material used thousands of years ago by the Romans. Mixture of sand, clays, pieces of tiles and bricks. Greater freshness, complexity, minerality; low content of heavy metals and allows microoxygenation. Unfiltered wine may develop sediment. Enjoy!
It has intense notes on the nose, of sour cherry, fresh plum, violet and a soft touch of oak. In the mouth it is juicy and persistent.
Its ideal pairing is with lamb, red meats, charcuterie. Suitable for vegans.
