Premium Chardonnay White Wine, Viña Fuy, "Among the fog", 2021 harvest, 750 cc bottle.
A very different Chardonnay, from the extreme south, with aromas that remind us of wild white flowers. It is a delicate wine, with little body but with a certain complexity. A fresh wine, with rich acidity and smooth on the palate.
Pairing: To accompany seafood (oysters, clams, clams, lobster, squid), soft fish and lean white meats, sushi, sautéed vegetables, salads, corn creams, pesto dishes, eggplant lasagna and cheeses such as Goat, Gouda, Mozarella and Parmesan . Serve at 10ºC.
