An authentic expression of fruit from the Cholqui valley, located in the deepest part of the coastal mountain range.
Grades:
Color Intense red with violet tints Aroma Spicy wine with notes of black pepper, cloves and wet earth. Abundant black fruit such as blackberries and blueberries. Palate It is a round wine in which fruit and the typicality of the Cholqui terroir are privileged. Velvety, very elegant and easy to drink. Complex and balanced. Long and spicy finish.
Pairing:
It is recommended to drink at a temperature between 16 to 18°c. Ideal to accompany pasta, semi-ripe cheeses, chicken with mushrooms.
