Sweet Wine Viña Puntí Ferrer, Late Harvest, Viognier Limited Edition 500 cc.

Direct from the Cachapoal valley. It is harvested manually and in the field the clusters are selected late at the end of the season in July, with a high concentration of sugar.

Visually this Late presents a bright yellow, gold color. On the nose, there are delicate aromas of honey, raisins, mandarin and apricot. While in the mouth there is a balance between sweetness and acidity, dense as well as notes of walnut and almonds.

Delicious as a downgrade. Ideal if paired with blue cheese, Roquefort, fruit flans, cakes, sweet doughs, pâté or with fruit desserts.
