This icon (the best grapes) belongs to the Maipo Valley 2017 harvest. It is an assembly composed of Cabernet Sauvignon 77%, Cabernet Franc 16% and Carignan 7%.
It has an intense garnet red color, its aroma is a perfume reminiscent of red fruits such as ripe raspberry and black cherry with spicy notes. In the mouth, it opens showing its great body and density. It shows great balance with a structure of important tannins, of great delicacy. Its finish is smooth, and long persistence. It is recommended to serve it between 15º and 16º with red meat cuisine, stews, game and, in general, slow cooking cuisine.
