An authentic expression of fruit from the Cholqui valley, located in the deepest part of the coastal mountain range.
Grades:
Color Intense purple color. Intense and attractive aroma. Aromas of ripe black and red fruits such as blackberry, blueberry, strawberry and cherry stand out, along with spicy notes that mix harmoniously with touches of chocolate and tobacco. Palate Its rich structure stands out, with a thick and balanced body, with soft and velvety tannins that give it great volume and persistence.
Pairing:
It is recommended to drink at a temperature between 16 to 18° C. Ideal to accompany pastas, semi-ripe cheeses, soft meats.
Potential It can be stored from 1 to 7 years.
