Rosé Tumuñan Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvingon Red Wine 750 cc.
Grown in Alto Colchagua at the foot of the Andes mountain range, it has 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The vineyard is located 35 km south-west of San Fernando, in the foothills. Surrounded by a centuries-old native forest, the Tumuñan River valley is oriented from north to south, and is characterized by cool breezes, strong sun and low night temperatures.
Vinification: Fermented and stored for 9 months in Cocciopesto Italiano. Sequential yeast inoculation.
Color: Delicate pink notes obtained by direct pressing of the entire grape cluster. Color stabilized by the microoxygenation that Cocciopesto amphorae possess. Nose: Ripe tropical fruits, soft citrus notes and hints of mineral rock aromas. Mouth: Great volume, silky and soft. Balanced and mineral acidity, pleasant persistence and finish. Pairing: Fatty fish, medium intensity cheeses, a variety of hams and salads with white sauces.
