Primus Red Wine, Premium Blend from Viña Veramonte, 750 cc.
An assembly that combines diversity. Cabernet Sauvignon is the base and provides structure, while Merlot delivers red fruit and vitality in the mouth. The Carménère adds density and softness, as well as spices that come together with the Petit Verdot, which contributes to a smooth and complex finish. Finally, Cabernet Franc gives it elegance and persistence.
The best batches of the harvest are selected and mixed. A third of the wine is stored for twelve months in 5000 L foudres, and the rest in French oak barrels, 18% new barrels.
As for pairing, it goes very well with premium roasted meats, such as lamb or ribs with barbecue sauce.
